Questions merchants ask

Does it need access to my Shopify admin?

It connects with a Shopify Admin API token that you create and scope yourself. You choose what it can read and write, and you can revoke the token at any time from your Shopify settings.

Which AI models can I use?

Bring your own key from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google or OpenRouter. You pay the model provider directly at their rates, so there is no markup from us on tokens.

Where does my store data live?

Each store gets its own isolated instance with its own storage. Nothing is pooled with other merchants and nothing is used to train models.

Do I need to be technical?

No. You paste a Shopify token, pick which teammates you want, and chat. Everything else runs on our side.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your instance stops and your backups stay available for 30 days so you can pull anything you need before it is removed.
